Ikebana: the Art of Japanese Flower Arranging

Description:

Attendees will learn the art of Ikebana, Japanese flower arranging with experienced instructor Sensei Bonnie Carpenter, Saga Go Ryu School of Ikebana. Learn a classic artform blending humanity and nature in one of Japan's three arts of refinement by creating beautiful arrangements that you can take home. Flowers, kenzan (flower holder) and flower pot provided. Space is limited, sign up at the front desk or by emailing masonplcir@masonpl.org.
