Free. Registration required: https://masonpl.libcal.com/event/14468321. Limited to children entering grades 4, 5, or 6. All materials supplied.

Duplicate registrations will be deleted. Plan to check in 5 minutes before each class. Caretakers must remain on the premises. No drop-offs, please.

The VisMO program is a research-based, Origami-inspired curriculum that focuses on fostering visuospatial skills in young kids. Class is based on NSF-funded research that showed an increase in participants' spatial language development and familiarity with spatial concepts, two essential skills in STEM career fields.

Student Outcomes - expanded spatial language, familiarity with spatial concepts & reasoning, increased collaborative problem-solving ability
